      Lots of resources/power within Dallas market, easy access to day surgery center, good location

      Cons

      Surgeons with questionable ethics, poor management and leadership, very political and clique-y workplace, tons of drama, high turnover in most practices particularly among midlevel providers, midlevels are underutilized in most of the practices
