Does not value loyalty, does not value employees, it was awful!

Pros

Honestly, I am having a hard time thinking of any. When I started there, they seemed to like what I was bringing, and encouraged my growth and development. They seemed pretty interested in what I was doing, and wanted to know how to implement my ideas.

Cons

The benefits are garbage (seriously! You will qualify for the Affordable Care Act as a full time employee) I did not feel valued at all. They will start you out with all the support you need, walk you out on thin ice, then weigh you down til you fall through. Upper management will take credit for all success, but will blame you for failure. Once they feel that they have gotten everything from you that they can, they will treat you poorly, and say it is your fault. I could go on and on!

Pros

It's a friendly environment and the work is easy. Paid holidays off and vacation day accumulation.

Cons

Favoritism is present, especially from Admin.
