      The apartments they sell are nice.

      Cons

      I was falsely employed by Damac one day when they called me up themselves. They constantly called me & had to go through 3 interviews. They delayed my start date. Offered me the world and almost ruined my career.

      - If they manage to deliver, the flats are well designed - Big company name - With all the constant stress you will grow a thick layer of skin (provided you don't go crazy)

      Cons

      - Unethical hiring policies - went through 3 interviews, they informed me I was hired. Was asked to send in documents for finalisation, they went quiet for a week. After a week's time I got notified via what's app in horrendous English that they are sorry and they won't be able to hire me. - Google DAMAC and read the articles, they lie to investors, don't deliver on time, deliver bad product and have the worst employee / investor treatment record

      None should not be expected.

      Cons

      The most chaotic, unorganised, processless, unethical, shambles of a business I have ever had the misfortune to work for. Every other email or call is a complaint from a customer. Most projects are late, monies owed to people, promises made and broken. Senior Management too busy protecting their own interests to run the business properly.
