      #We're all getting fired

      Pros

      The pay is decent and benefits are good but getting stripped away. Coworkers are mostly nice.

      Cons

      Seems every week groups of people are being fired, dont trust HR they act like employees are just in the way- wonder if they realize this is why they have jobs!!! Probably why they work so hard to fire people. Theres so much talk about not being bureaucratic but thats exactly what management is setting up. Makes hard to get your work done because we have to have pointless meetings where people dont know what theyre talking about.

We’re glad to hear that our pay, benefits, and your coworker’s relationships are positive attributes in the workplace for you; but are disappointed to hear that we’ve missed the mark with our communication around change in the organization. We acknowledge that there’s quite a bit of change going on in the organization as we are aggressively growing as an organization in all ways to better serve our customers- teams, systems, and capabilities. With growth oftentimes comes people changes for a variety of reasons, as you may have experienced. While we would love to share more around people changes we are unable to discuss specific reasons for people changes. We understand that change can be difficult and are always soliciting feedback on how we can improve communication. Additionally, HR is an advocate for employees and has an open-door policy. Other outlets to ask questions, share concerns or ideas are, our internal audit function or our 3rd party Ethicspoint (confidential hotline) program which can be accessed through our company site, or via telephone at 1-877-204-2775.       Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse - it does

      Unfortunately there are none left.

      Cons

      Company culture has been tanked, remaining long term employees are demoralized. Senior staff abusive towards workers. Speak up and you will get thrown under the bus. You are expected to fill multiple positions and be available 24/7/365 days with no break. No leadership, most recent leader took over 18 months to figure out moving to a new cloud database was hindering sales, operations and staff despite staff complaints. HR is abysmal, their latest move is to steal workers’ existing hard-earned PTO for “flexible” time off without compensation or any ability to use remaining hours.

      Good 401(k) and work life balance!

      Cons

      The worst onboarding/recruiting process I have ever been through. The recruiter called me at odd times and didn't even seem to be at the office until noon. Still has boys club mentality. Promotes employees into management due to tenure even though they are not qualified. This creates a poor working environment and high turnover in entry level employees.

We are constantly evaluating our hiring and onboarding process to make it more streamlined and employee friendly. We currently structure first day orientation activities, but do see the importance in an extended onboarding experience and do plan to move forward in this direction.
