Great startup to learn at but bad if you value your life outside of work

Pros

Small company so enables you to take on a lot more responsibility and understand the end to end product cycle in a way that wouldn’t be possible in larger companies.

Cons

Erratic work schedule, often being given work while you’re about to log off for the day as well as the expectation to take meetings late at night with the offshore teams.
