DatafactZ India (Fuzen Software)- The worst company I never seen...

They will say DatafactZ India on the job calls and they will release all the documents on the different company name (Fuzen Software) once you through with all the process... This is not suggestible company to choose your career path... No moral values and not much projects in India, even salary will not be paid in time and the final thing I can say "No career growth There is no growth at all"....

Pros

US entity and management has good vision with big data projects in pipeline. Good scope in BI and big data analytics. Pros ends in US Datafactz except for a work time flexibility in India.

Cons

Indian entity named as fuzen software and the offer/experience letters doesn't even contain proper contact details. Very few projects and they recruit people expecting projects. Once they join and no projects in hand, they start pushing for cross training and doing self POCs and tech papers ( part of your GnO). Any slight resistance you will be tortured to hell and thrown out of the company giving childish reasons. Indian management and the HR feels they are the gods of this company and doesn't even cares for employee just to save few hundred bucks. No employee satisfactory outings or events and even if they happen at every stage you will only hear a word cost cutting.

Friendly co workers Great seniors - believe me they mentor you well

Cons

Hr management Agreement - they give you options not to sign and after few days they will sake you on that same cause - what HR will do here is zero. You make mistakes and employee pays for it. HR team , When you are not in sync with your CEO you better go home don't play with employees
