      - DataFox trusts employees 100% - management expects you to own your job and ask you for your expertise - EXTREMELY COLLABORATIVE - feedback is huge here - People are incredible - smart, professional, and humble - My favorite job I've ever had due to the environment - transparency - I feel like I understand where we stand at all times

      - due to it being a small company, things can change rapidly - have to be flexible
