Micromanagement will continue to be the downfall of this business. Poor company culture, and goals are pulled out of thin air and thrown at staff without any explanation or recommend plan of action. The manipulation is strong over there.
If you want to work for a company that puts the client first then this is the place. The owner is a retired veteran that has done an outstanding job of bringing that discipline into the work environment. Great benefits for a company of this size and very competitive salary.
