      Pros

      - Onboarding was rock solid with so many peers offering help. - My direct manager and my CSM peers are super helpful and you can feel that they want you to succeed. - HR is checking in regularly to see if I need any help or if I have any concerns which I have never seen in any company before and it shows they care. - I am sure there are many more over time but after just 2 month time with DataRobot the above is what I can say so far.

      - Product, one-of-a-kind, pioneer of Generative + Predictive AI, the broad applicability of the platform for users of all skill levels & use cases across all industries. - Flexibility, ability to implement ideas, take part in vital projects like saving people's life (during covid), helping to save the planet etc. - Unique & talented people with the brightest minds.

      Cons

      Fast speed and changeable environment might be not for all, but you will never be bored here
