Pros
The only pro is a paycheck.
Cons
Lack of educated managers - working somewhere for 10 years doesn't mean you have the people and managerial skills to manage. They rely heavily on offshore so quality of work is poor. Remote work option is nice, but makes you vulnerable. Pay is close to minimum wage.

They’re great at outsourcing and efficient massive layoffs
Cons
They don’t know how to make title searching any faster through innovation so they send jobs overseas and pay employees less for getting faster at their job.
