Pros
Great co workers, some flexibility with schedules,but depends where you work at (callcenter). Works with school schedule.
Cons
Not much overtime, bonuses are low and performance is not compensated. Training is superficial and trainer is uncertain most of the time. Disorganized, no clear management...confusing enviorment...benefits are no good.
