    I was there in Datamatics UK ltd from more then 3 years.I was working in client location.Over all i like the company is good.

    Nothing good about this company..... dont paly with your carrier

    Cons

    From software engineer point of view: 1) This is not an IT company. This is more like recruitment agency. 2) They operate in UK & in India 3) If you are from big companies, request you dont fall in trap. 4) UK visa which these guys offer is not right choice for UK (though it is legal) 5) if you are coming to UK, you have to find contract by your own. These guys will give you only 1 or 2 months time 6) If... you are working in India, they have only once client which is CRISIL, though you have to clear the interview first and you will be on Datamatics pay role. After explaning whole thing above, you might have got idea now. If you have family, please dont join this recrutiment agency company. They do more like body shopping.....

    Nothing good about this company

    Cons

    Fake, scam and no tax . If you are gal, only then join. You will get lot of money and stalking. Owner is so good he feels insecure in his own company. Dont pay anything and just show of. Website says many offices but they have only one office.

    Please clean daily when you do... dont blame others for your smell

    Pros

    No pros. I wish I would have read comments on Glassdoor before before falling into this dirty pit. They recruit for bench , and do not pay the employee his current salary , he can be on bench only for 1 month or 2 , if he does not get a client, he has to leave. So he looses his previous job and is in diema and curses Datamtaics. Datamatics group is so use to it :) . Recruiters recruit from India and call from UK... IP nos.

    Worked as a recruiter there, and felt guilty every single day to fool employees and get them interested in UK, Europe opportunities . We had to ask them to submit their original marksheets saying it's for verification check, which is not true, Datamatics keeps it with them to torture the employee and does not return them back, I've heard of a case where an employee filed a case on the ceo in UK, the CEO deserved... that. IT employees should not join this company because : 1. The employee leaves his current co. in India and comes on payroll of Datamatics, or can interview from his house with a few client interviews. If he does not clear that he has anyway lost his current job. 1. They pay a person with a 8 to 10 years of experience between 2200 to 2500 pounds, this pay would just allow him to live there and save nothing. The standard pay is 4000 to 10000 pounds pm , most of the salary is taken by the company. If the company is getting 9000 pounds per month for an employee, the employee gets 2500 pounds , not more than that. 2. If it's UK , the recruiters tell you that the location will be Harrow, that is not true at all, your location would mostly be central London , where you will fall short of the salary you are getting. 3. The recruiters tell you the co. provides you with a car , NOT TRUE, no family insurance, no benefits. 4. Suppose you get a client and the contract with the client is over in UK, Germany in say 3 to 6 months and you don't get another client, you go jobless and the co. does not pay you. 5. Bad work culture, unethical way of hiring good candidates who are desperate for an onsite opportunity. 6. The co. has no active clients and they send you on a tier 2 visa or if it's Germany a Blue card visa, that means you cannot leave that co. and join another one there, even if you don't have a client and your jobless , you are still on the payrolls of datamatics without any pay as the co. tells you that you are unable to get clients, or if u have a client to work with, you have a worst pay. You would be saving 10 times more in India Suggestion: If you really want an onsite opportunity, go through your current co. or apply for your own visa bear that cost , interview with companies , log onto international job sites and get a job on your own . Datamatics does not have active clients, so once you resign they start floating your CV through job sites . They work on heavy commission basis , specially taking a huge amount of the employees salary. I was shocked to see the way the co. functions, where an employee is treated like a product and left it in a month's time.

    Pros

    Currently this company has lost UK employment license due to malfunctioning in operations. This company dont have any clients anywhere in the world. In uk, they brought people from India and asked them to find contract by your own, if person finds the contract in 2-3 months they will keep in uk or in datamatics or else they will ask to go back to India and resign from datamatics.

    Cons

    Dont even think of it, if 1) you have family 2) you have liabilities 3) you have 8+ years of exp You can think, if 1) you are bachlore and wanted to risk your carrier 2) you want to come to Europe on DM salary for 3 months ONLY, after that DM wil kick on you bacck

    Advice to Management

    No advice to CEO Mr. Devang Gandhi which he has created false businness on false business model.

    nothing...this is fraud company, makes money by exploiting Indian aspirants with dream to work in UK, gives them wrong visa, wrong promises and asks them to find the contract and eats major chuck of their contract rate, pays them salary only if they are on contract will keep their documents like degree certificate by telling lies that its needed by UKBA which is not true, its to in-prison you so you cannot switch... your visa if you are on General, gives you tier 2 ICT visa by providing fake salary slips to UKBA....doesn't pay your tax or NI, gives you fake salary slip. Current employees can call up HMRC and check how much tax and NI is paid under your NI number.

    All the review that say this is amazing company and people are jealous and removed due to bad performance are fake. even Microsoft doesn't get such great reviews :) Personally Devang Gandhi is the worst human being you will meet...hez just greed for money with no human heart ...he was even sued by one employee who was harassed by him and he had to pay lot of compensation as per court order. Everything about this... company is fraud its just luck keeping him going when it ends he will surly end up in Prison.

    400+ employees worldwide, opportunity to work in various locations, salaries are even better than many high-class companies. HR is strict and policies are followed correctly. internal system and process is very strong.
