      Pros

      Only pros is they provide the opportunity for expats(non-western) to work in Dubai if you are very eager to work as a slave.

      Cons

      Less pay, Less Benefits, Highly Insecure Job, More expectations from the candidate, Don’t fall prey to their offerings in job opportunities in govt. or semi govt. organisations because these offerings are just good to listen but in actual when you join such organisations after clearing the pool of 100 candidates and putting your hard work, you will be treated as a slave and your work life balance will be completely spoiled. They hire the candidate saying min 1 year of contract (extendable) but the actual harsh reality is the parent organisation where you will be deployed has a limited budget as per their requirement and once their work is done they will throw you like a fly from milk and won’t even spend a single AED on you whether it is done in 3 months or 6 months. When they throw you out under 6 months Dautom will deduct the amount in lieu of the leaves if you have taken any from your salary. Whatever contract period they share you in job offer it’s a complete deception. Once you join any of these govt. Clients you will always be in the impression of losing the job at anytime as the existing employees will show you exact picture. They(Dautom) even don’t reimburse the Govt. medical test for EID and other travel expense when you initially get onboarded. If you are ready to compromise with your self respect and work as slave then definitely join them else Be wise in your decisions.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work for a Government project under Dautom in Dubai . The onboarding was smooth and the team was always available if I had any concerns. The recruitment team was really helpful as I had come from India and Dubai was a new place for me. They did a commendable job by giving initial accommodation and helping to get in touch with the right people for flat hunting etc.

      Cons

      They provided medical insurance and visa for me. It would have been great if it was also given to my dependance too.
