Great team oriented company that provides an excellent working environment to all levels of employees.

Cons

At times, some management focused on quantity of tickets closed, rather than quality assurance. [i.e.: Taking time to permanently fix the issue so the same customer isn't calling back multiple times instead of patching the issue.]

-Strong leadership. Hands down. -Collaborative group effort to win from CEO down to BDRs -Friendly and personable group -Plenty of autonomy. We all come to work hard and get it done. Constructive criticism is given to improve when needed. -Plenty of opportunity to develop and carve out your career path -Continuous learning -Incredible place to work

Cons

-The product has serious competition in the market. Theres a product development roadmap which is being executed well, but we don’t have all the features we need just yet -Can be a tough sales cycle but opportunities are there if you keep digging for them
