      Pros

      Some of the most talented, loyal, innovative people I've worked with.

      Cons

      No employee product or internal tools/software training. Fear based management style. Very little communication from management about direction, successes, employee wins or performance improvement. No HR department for 125 ppl.

      The pay is decent, I guess.

      Cons

      Heads down environment. Fear-based mentality. Will use major life events against you and hold them over your head. Operations is a nightmare.
