Receptive and caring leadership who are consistently seeking feedback and ideas. Boundless opportunities to learn new things and challenge yourself. Exposure to the most cutting edge technologies. Beautiful office with lots of light and windows. Unlimited vacation!!!
Cons
The health insurance (that the company partially subsidizes) is sub-par and doesn't include mental healthcare.

Dcode's mission to get better tech into government The people genuinely care about the mission and about each other Supportive environment with management who want to hear people's ideas
Cons
The day-to-day can change frequently, b/c the pace is fast and the growth trajectory is significant. Great problem to have, though, if you like a challenge and to have the freedom to work through problems and present ideas for new ways to get things done.
