      Interesting projects Good benefits Very supportive team high growth and ambitious company

      Cons

      less face time with team members but couldn't be helped and this has changed recently with more events and people coming into the office.

      - flexibility - extra perks in addition to salary - relatively high technical knowledge

      Cons

      - a lot of friction between teams and even team members - more focus on "me" and less on "the team" or even "the client" - micro management - "client is always right" with "zero questions asked"
