      Amazing team who let you get on with the work with autonomy. Employees encouraged to take ownership of ideas and pursue interests within the company. Always paid on time.

      Inflexible with salary for this particular role - undervalued.

      - Great flexibility - Open and transparent communication with management - Remote working - Amazing colleagues!

      - Nothing to really complain about. Due to time zones you might have to work until the evening time but a small sacrifice which is happily made!

      Pros

      Flexible environment with a young and bright team that encourages competitiveness. If you are looking for fast-paced office environment that thrives on new ideas and where the hierarchy is relatively flat, you will love it here.

      Cons

      Extremely hectic, appears to offer you a good work life balance until you realize that they are trying to shame you into working overtime and weekends by using words like dedication and commitment. CEO is stubborn and lacks the social skills and nuance required to manage the emotional capital of the employees. Poor at striking a balance between encouraging competitiveness and rewarding back biting.
