Pros

Strong mission and customers—people here genuinely want to build a great product for the real estate industry. Fast learning curve and career growth if you’re curious and take initiative. Collaboration is strong; people are willing to jump in and solve problems together. Transparent culture compared to many startups.

Cons

Fast pace isn’t for everyone—expect changing priorities and occasional long days. Cross-functional alignment can be tough as teams scale.

Pros

Working at Dealpath has been a consistently positive experience, especially for anyone who wants to be part of a category-leading company in a rapidly evolving industry. The environment is creative and high-energy, which makes it easy to stay motivated and feel connected to the broader mission. The company is very metrics-driven (utilizes the OKR framework), which I’ve found helpful; employees have clear visibility into the KPIs that matter most and can easily track progress toward meaningful goals. Teamwork, collaboration, and accountability are core parts of the culture. Cross-functional communication is strong, and it’s clear that everyone is working toward shared outcomes. Dealpath is also impressively transparent about company-wide progress, priorities, and challenges. Regular 'all hands' update sessions make it easy to understand where we’re headed and how each team contributes. The office environment is comfortable and well-designed, with plenty of snacks and drinks available. Wednesday team lunches are a nice weekly touch that bring people together. Leadership and managers genuinely seem to care about work/life balance and are thoughtful about how workloads are managed. The CEO is highly goal-oriented and approaches every initiative with structure and focus, which sets a strong tone for the rest of the organization.

Cons

Very few negatives, but admittedly this may not be a good fit for someone that doesn't prefer to be focused on striving for department & company-wide performance goals.
