Typical pros and cons of startups in the bay area: generally skilled, hard working, and chill coworkers, including some very competent and helpful senior/staff engineers, decent tech infrastructure and devops Attempts were made to bolster company culture
Cons
Tests were not mandated (and thus were rarely created) for code, and all of quality control fell on QA Management was generally unimpressive and lacked inspiration
