- good perks at the workplace - subsidised canteen, birthday and social club - nice colleagues

Cons

- very stressful environment currently, seems like crisis management and many restructuring done over and over again, not a full control of the situation by the higher management - lack of professionalism among colleagues - for many this is the first and only place they have worked thus making it sometimes quite narrow in the approach - no career progression - relatively low salaries for a multinational company
