      Pros

      Glassdoor should change the functionality of this pros field if someone doesn't want to fill this field then why they are forcing

      Cons

      1.It is not a company so there are no pros and cons.Two or three people started "something" and later they are asking their family members to join that "something". 2.Someone else join that "something", then they will ruin his/her life by running the game of politics and what is the best part, they don't even know , how to play the game of politics. Freshers join that "something" and leave that "something" in max 3 or 6 months. 3.when someone resigns then world war came into the picture of that "something", They will cut your salary, Hr would be telling you, last month we create a policy not to give 2 months salary, saturday and sunday will not be included BLAH BLAH BLAH.......... MEANS there will be new policies born in that "something" when you resign.

      Substandard organisation -Honest review(Unlike others reviews here)

      Pros

      * Good portfolio of clientele. * Timely salary * No problems regarding leaves(depends on manager)

      Cons

      * asks the employees to post fake good reviews about the company * poor work life balance * poor project management by the senior management * unorganized way of handling projects * target unrealistic goals hence poor quality of products delivered * too much politics played by the old employees * employees are expected to serve the company 24x7 * only good for freshers(or maybe not) * no compensation for extra efforts (believe me employees have to put huge extra efforts to achieve the unrealistic targets set by the management) * poor employee satisfaction.

      Dear Reviewer, Apologies for late response. But thanks for the feedback posted by you. Since glassdoor was new for us, hence we surely asked employees to post their feedbacks / reviews but of course genuine ones whether it is positive or negative. Since in early years of a company, genuine feedback is very necessary for continuous improvement. Hence your all the points are very well taken in a positive light.       Company with cons not pros

      Pros

      only the good thing about company is they provide late night cabs

      Cons

      hr policies are not organized in proper manner sometime they say this is included in our policy sometime they say this is not included. Too much politics with in the seniors. No growth Late night work infact the whole night employee needs to sit in the company and work. Poor work life balance Benefits to employees - zero
