Pros

DecisionLogic is an honest and ethical company that is genuinely rewarding to work at. I have worked at many other companies in past and unfortunately, most of them do not care about their employees despite what they will say in an interview. However, the management team and ownership do genuinely care about employees and their happiness. DecisionLogic has all the typical pros like having a modern office, with a fully stocked fridge, ping pong tables, darts, and other similar benefits. But the real value comes from how you are treated as an employee. If you have a family emergency come up or need to have a different schedule because of XYZ reason they will work with you to accommodate your schedule. If you are looking to grow in the company you will most likely have those opportunities present themselves to you. A good example of this is when we started to go back to the office, and we all realized that we did not want to be in the office 5 days a week. The owners listened to us and now we work from home on Mondays and Fridays. But at the end of the day, I have worked for this company for nearly two years and I don’t see that changing any time soon.

Cons

There are a few cons but not many. The team is relatively small despite our sizable market share. So, we do all tend to wear a few different hats and the work can be taxing at times. But the benefit to that is that when you are off the clock you, are done. You don't have to take any of your work home with you and if you want to explore more aspects of the business you can. If you have an interest in marketing or management those career paths are explorable options.

Pros

I have worked at DL for almost 3 years and witnessed a pretty incredible shift in the company's culture and productivity. The Sales, Customer Success, Product and Tech teams work together to support customers, develop new products and solve challenges. Everyone plays a role in the company's growth and we are all encouraged to embrace an "ownership mentality" which allows us to have impact and get things done quickly. It also feels like a family, because we genuinely care about each other and have fun together (most days). Also, almost most all promotions and growth opportunities happen from within so it's cool to see people get recognized for their work.

Cons

It can get very busy, especially when we release new products or features, and it can be hard to prioritize the work load at times. Communicating with several different types of clients can also be challenging.
