Government contracting can be difficult due to the changes in the administration and that can be frustrating.
DPCG is probably one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Really great people from partners to HR to folks in the trenches. Everyone is accessible and willing to help, even the partners. Compensation is above industry standard. Most folks are remote, and we are not micromanaged to death.
Cons
It's a smaller government contractor, so opportunities to move up are few. That and a non-compete clause make it hard to advance in your career.
