      Pros

      LOTS of company provided food. Paul (one of the owners) is very nice and approachable. You can tell he cares about employees Opportunities for education on the business.

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Falsely advertised. I was told it was a family place where everyone cared about each other - not true. Very corporate feel and fakeness. Job description did not match the work I was asked to do. HR team depleted within a month - not a great sign.

      I love the people I work with. I have worked with them over 4 years now, and I have experience in operations and sales.

      Cons

      Pay is less than the average, and to earn higher pay you have to really fight for it.
