When I resigned i thought i would inform the company of issues happening in the branch i was in, as they asked for my reasons for leaving. From my understanding resignation letters are confidential (not in this company) they then shared information with the remaining manager informing him i wrote about him while i was still in my notice period, for him to then contact me questioning me about my letter so unprofessional its ridiculous. Was employed as a restaurant manager but used as a waitress everyday. Staff giving away free food and drinks to friends, creating errors with payments to pocket the money, managers and team leaders turning up hours late no phone call. I was there for about 2 month and even that was too long. My first pay was completely missed then when i did get paid it was nearly £600 short,
