Tech is ok but in a crowded marketplace, advancement in AI will most likely mean zero differentiation for their tech.

Cons

Shambolic, lots of VP/C-Level, poor management/leadership visibility, zero strategy. Need to get a better handle on their operating costs, focus on getting the finances in a better position.....and try and sell some products to generate those all important revenues.

-Great tech & bonus incentive

Cons

-Poor communication -No structure -No team spirit/terrible culture -Let go of staff with no explanation & can't cut you off quick enough -Messaging continuously changes & over complicated -Pricing needs to be more competitive -Too many chiefs -No 1-1 management/progress updates etc
