      the people besides the owners and higher up staff are sweet, they deserve better

      Cons

      It is not a cute bakery, it is a production factory where people are overworked and all the pastries are made months prior that sit in the freezer. They lie to their customers and do not allow employees any breaks. Even bathroom breaks are upaid

      Friendly co-workers and yummy treats, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Creepy customers (old men asking me for my number, asking me personal questions, my schedule, etc., and the manager did nothing about it), passive-aggressive owners, bad management, the owner took away the tip jar because it looked "tacky", unsanitary (they don't train you how to clean the espresso machine, etc. Also. I saw a baker drop an unfrosted cake on the floor, and put it back onto the pan, a bug found inside one of their bread.) low pay, and overworked (wanted me to stay until 9 pm multiple times to box cakes when I was scheduled for 5 pm). Met an employee who told me they promoted them to be an assistant manager and that they only got the title and responsibilities of an assistant manager, but not the pay.
