I have been working at Defense Contract Management Agency full-time

    Pros

Amazing benefits and work life balance

    Cons

This is a remote office, you'll get a few motivated employees but everyone's just killing time until their pension kicks in. Little guidance for new hires, but great place to get credentials + clearance before moving over to another position.

The co workers you work with are sometimes unprofessional and their lack of work ethic falls on you. Good employees are abused with heavy workload while bad employees are unbothered.
