I worked at Defense Contract Management Agency full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work because of the challenging techniques applied to each program assigned; especially requiring a close interlink of communications with the Prime Integrator (higher-level), to meet customer satisfactions on the monthly report submitted.

    Cons

In some circumstances, the job causes stress in trying to meet the schedules required. However, those problems are eventually resolved as the program matures in their assigned stages.

    Advice to Management

The upper management should be able to make proper time adjustment for the completion of the program; whenever, unresolved technical problems exist that requires an extension.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Defense Contract Management Agency full-time

    Pros

Good salary, potential to telework and work a flexible schedule, annual leave

    Cons

Doesn't help to have flexible work schedules and telework as benefits if employees aren't allowed to use them.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and like mature adults who can handle responsibility and not like children who need to be babysat.
