Pros
One of the fastest growing companies in MA with a great product. The employees are really good people.
Cons
The title says it all, there has been a massive culture shift which is unfortunate. The company used to be a great place to come to work and you would actually look forward to it. Now the micro managing is so extreme, every little thing that you do is viewed under a magnifying glass. The use of scare tactics towards the Sales reps as well as publicly shaming and humiliating people who are struggling is a daily theme. Everyone is unhappy and the environment has quickly become toxic.
