Pros

The only pro of this organisation is that you can stay here at a bare minimum salary without working(if you can handle an abuse or two) and won't be fired. CONS are so much that I ll be eating up space given for pros. If you are a fresher and reading this, please join a startup @10k per month and then switch to some other organisation after 6 months. If you are experienced, I don't get it why you would like to join this organisation! Pros? There are no pros to working here. You would probably get a cup of coffee which tastes like watermelon juice. The organisation solely depends upon behaviour of your seniors towards you. Various departments are there but there is no guideline to keep them running and in synergy. Your Team Leader is the only one who would decide how your department would work. One of the things which is common in this chaos is that every new comer is loaded with ton of work and is given a malfunctioning PC. Once you complain about it they would probably reply with "We are shifting to a new office so you ll get one there". Eventually, an old employee would leave and you ll get a better PC but more work. Your older PC would be given to some new comer.

Cons

There are so many cons that I even filled up the PROS section with CONS too. HR department acts like gods. They are not HR but are hounds of management. They have a ton on "Company policies" to keep employees on a leash but no policy to help them. You need to ask for a holiday a week in advance and do not have any emergency leave sort of. They would deduct your salary at any instance they can. HR department has no idea about performance of employees, hence if you are not liked by your Team Lead or department head you shall be thrown out. Last but majorly, you would be bound in a 1.5year bond period with some salary deductions. The organisation does not Honor the bond and even after the bond period you would not be allowed to leave. Your deducted salary would not be given back. Salary is a very sensitive matter and they hold no grudges back on that front. You would work like a horse and still would receive your salary late due to "Technical issues". Employees on a common profile would probably have different salaries which I also experienced. In the name of appraisal, the organisation teaches a lesson of "Patience" and still no appraisal would be given.

Pros

There are not as much pros of the company which i want to listed here.... The INTERNET marketing team is good enough for posting fake positive reviews to get down the negative reviews. Well Played I must say ! I am working as web developer for less than 1 year here...

Cons

Welcome to the long working hours if you have make up mind for joining this company. How dare you asking for a leave ( Hr reaction when you apply for a leave) At appraisal time you will start getting noticed that you are coming late etc... and The people working here from last 5 years are now great politician. Politics is in the seniors blood..

Pros

Only the first month will be the best for you. It seems like you are at right place.

Cons

1. Firstly one of the worst thing here is 'POLITICS' Team Lead will say one thing in front of you and changes his statement in front of another person. 2. Makes you feel guilty for even smallest mistakes in front of whole office like creating a drama. 3. Management and HR Dept. totally a 'LALA TYPE' like they had hire slaves not employees. 4. Would not let you take a leave once in a month even ,if in case they'll allow then will assign you a lot of tasks that you have to complete before your leave either you are fresher they don't bother and don't even understand that fresher takes time to learn things and need giudance. 5. They will try to build a work culture where a senior can't befriend with you. Here one of the BIGGEST THING I notice that PM's main job is to notice each and every employee who is talking with whom, who is coming to whom workstation and how many times. Is it a job of PM? 6. Will ask you to work day/night to complete 1 month task in 1 week. you have to work overtime daily and force you to work on weekends either you are a male or female otherwise performance issue persists still get horrors when I think of working here....and reviews poster here are lies as well ..notice the exclamation mark(!) at the end of each con. 7. Useless meetings daily to mentally harras you. HR Dept. acts like GODS and treats you like you are their servant. 8. Employee can easily depressed while working here.
