This company is the textbook definition of a toxic work environment.

Pros

Nice office, good benefits and good brands

Cons

Terrible leadership. The model they are trying to use, fear and micromanagement will no longer work in this day and age. The way bosses here behave is just uninspiring. It's simple math, how do you lose several key talents in a span of a few weeks, poor leadership, toxic work environment, lack of empathy and perspective. Management will also make you feel unvalued and expendable. There are just way too many cons in working for this company. It's really not worth it to be part of this organization, the toxicity will stagnate individual growth.

Messy, Stressful, No Work Life Balance

Pros

Good salary, nice office location, free parking, comfortable office, nice people

Cons

A company who cares about volume above everything else even if not supported by structure. Too aggressive for its own good. Strategy is sacrificed for volume and a lot of things are no longer done well because everything is rushed and pushed even if not really ready. Employees are not engaged nor rewarded apart from salary and basic benefits.. no employee engagement programs. Overworked and stressed employees. No work life balance. Expected to answer even while on leave (even if youre sick!). Some teams have "Cover yourself" culture which gets in the way of working, instead of helping. There is sometimes too much to do and it's unclear why you are asked to do it other than pressure from higher bosses.
