Pros
* Great experience as internship level work. Willing to pay interns, all the while learning new technologies that DSS is working with. * Co-Workers are extremely helpful with newer programmers to get them up to speed. * As an entry level programmer, this is a great opportunity while enrolled in school to get professional experience.
Cons
* The manager in the Sault Ste. Marie office had no filter. He was a 20 year Army veteran that stilled lived in his military days. He was sexist to woman, no respect for what come out his mouth. And the CEO just ignored this based on his years of experience.

Pros
Entry level job into the .NET programming field. Was given a laptop with an extra monitor. Was able to learn valuable career skills without prior professional experience.
Cons
The manager of the office would always say racist comments. He would also tell outrageous stories that were never 100% true. Required to clean toilets.
