Pros

Global company providing opportunity to learn about other markets. Quite good pay. Able to progress faster than your skillset would normally permit.

Cons

An incredible amount of dismissals and layoffs, they regularly fire people without any warning. This results in the remaining employees feeling they need to prove their worth and just become very self obsessed. There is far too much change to keep up with and zero consistency. They tried to grow far too fast and employed huge amounts of new staff, just means everyone is new and nobody knows what they're doing.

Leadership are micromanagers. The product isn't sustainable anymore at this scale.

Young environment and lots of travel if you're not in Belgium.

Cons

Messy processes, unclear objectives and no one will listen to your ideas if they go against what management decided. The learning department lacked focus and expertise, mainly because it is led by something that lacks exactly that.
