The CEO has good intent but does not live up fully to the values that he has established for the company. As sometimes happens with folks who are overburdened the easy route is taken rather than digging in deep to understand a sticky situation. However, he is doing the best he can according to his capabilities. Some in management are thin skinned, non-communicative, and political. Senior management espouses values of open honest and open communication and doing the right thing no matter what, but middle management in some departments have proven to weaponize that against their team members. Overall, this is a good company to be a part of, but be aware that dependent on who one reports to one may need to be a bit less authentic in order to maintain a favored status. Be careful to look out for your own well being and not buy in too much to the stated company values.

Working at deliverr is a mess. The product does not work as we are told to sell it, constant problems internally and with outside partners. Comp plans change quarterly making it impossible to know what you’re making. On top of ever changing comp plans, our metrics, goals and processes change almost daily. Management doesn’t listen to reps and top-down feedback is not delivered in a respectful manner. MK, one of the founders, publicly shames and humiliates employees in all-org and department meetings. They preach honesty, integrity, and work life balance, yet this company fails to hit on all of it’s own values when it comes to the sales team. Sales is treated the worst out of all departments and I would never recommend working as a sales rep here.
