Cons
Working at deliverr is a mess. The product does not work as we are told to sell it, constant problems internally and with outside partners. Comp plans change quarterly making it impossible to know what you’re making. On top of ever changing comp plans, our metrics, goals and processes change almost daily. Management doesn’t listen to reps and top-down feedback is not delivered in a respectful manner. MK, one of the founders, publicly shames and humiliates employees in all-org and department meetings. They preach honesty, integrity, and work life balance, yet this company fails to hit on all of it’s own values when it comes to the sales team. Sales is treated the worst out of all departments and I would never recommend working as a sales rep here.
