      It was indeed a pleasurable learning cum working experience..!

      Pros

      Main reason is you have a scope of learning a lot while working. One can gain a valuable experience to foster his/her career desires.

      Cons

      Downside is that you probably need to work in three rotational shifts, if you are in production/manufacturing sector. Another thing which I felt discomfiting is to maintain good relationships with your co-workers or managers. Remuneration package is also quite below par.
