      Good environment. Clean. Lunch when you want. Extra 15 min break. Extra 15 min break again (ups)

      Cons

      Some managers are racist, abuses of “power”, some of them probably didn’t even finish school. Good looking girl have much more chances to get an easier job.

      It is close to home.

      Cons

      Disciplinary action of people who are chronic verbally abusive to other employees (widespread, not just to 1 person). Leadership that wants to actively improve, not just avoid making waves. “That is he way we have always done it” is the standard answer, nit interested in changing, even if the current system is imploding.
