Pros
I've been at Demilec for over three years and have had opportunities to grow personally and in my career that I can't imagine having had at another company. This group is quite lean so I'm always working on new projects and learning new skills in order to complete them... which is a quality I look for in a job. Further, my supervisor has helped me go from very new in my career to confident that I am capable to handle anything that is thrown at me- with the skills to back that confidence. Her guidance has been tremendous. I am very grateful to her and Demilec for this opportunity and plan to spend many more years here continuing on the path I have begun.

The environment is fast paced which can be stressful at times unless you learn to manage your time well.
