      - Continuous growth - Every day is a learning day - Leadership is brilliant and doing all the right things to create new opportunities for and growth - BDRs are well respected and supported with continuous coaching and training

      Denodo is more relevant than ever

      Pros

      The product is awesome, and customers love the support where if necessary hotfixes are provided fast. The recent hire of a CRO as well as added investment into the private company means there is significant growth potential. The company has a good culture where it is easy to approach the Executives.

      Cons

      Market awareness still is well below where it needs to be; customers are the best reference to how well the product works, but there needs to be more scale to increase the rightful demand. The wider benefits are starting to get better in terms of Health Cover, Life Cover, Pensions, other allowances and support... but it could be improved in comparison to the market.

      Great technology needs great people and benefits

      Pros

      Great technology; strong support; fast growing company; ability to make a difference - being part of tech that works and is deployed quickly into the market. There are career opportunities, when you push for them. There is a great mix of people and nationalities

      Cons

      The sales cycle is much longer than you think although the market always seems on the cusp of turning to a far better way which Denodo promotes; there is a lack of some of the standard corporate benefits around life cover, dental, car, training, share scheme - but it is getting there.
