      Terrible system, beautiful work

      Excellent community building, opportunities for community feedback, and some wonderful coworkers

      Cons

      Terrible pay with no room for growth, completely disconnected upper management that never comes to branches, ineffective organizational communication and lack of transparency for decision making for changes that impact public facing staff
