      They do have community activities.

      Cons

      Poor pay, Poor leadership, Mandatory 10 hours overtime every week which is left out during interviews.

      Great (and inexpensive) insurance, 80 hours vacation (up to 144 hours with tenure)

      Cons

      Micromanagement in some areas, complete chaos in others. Stuck in the 90s with regard to paperwork etc. (lots of paper, when most processes could be digitized), "we've always done it this way" attitude, out of touch management.
