My coworkers are some incredibly brilliant people! I am surrounded by innovation and teamwork. I am relatively new to the company, but I have been warmly welcomed. My training has been exceptionally thorough and I feel that my opinions really matter.

Cons

The office is beautiful and very modern, but a little too cold for my taste.

Pros

I have been with this company for just a few months, but am planning on staying with the company for the long-term. I mostly enjoy the open-door policy and high-touch communication of the company. Employees thoughts are listened to and considered, and management is friendly, willing to help, and understanding. It's like a big family here, and I love knowing that I am cared about at work, and that my opinion matters. It's hard to find that in a career, and as long as that continues, I will always be a loyal employee.

Cons

I have not seen any "cons" or had any negative experiences to speak of.
