Pros
Great learning opportunity if you are hungry and want to learn, but only if you are on the right team. Not every team works the same, and isn't treated or valued the same. Again, if on the right team, you get the opportunity to work at amazing venues in the DC Metro Area, and you learn a lot about the venues and rules associated with each venue. You build connections with local industry contacts. Design is a good stepping stone and learning tool.
Cons
Upper Management has no direction and doesnt know how to run the Sales Force at the company. Everyone is treated differently, with a lot of preferential treatment from CEO. Lack of marketing (sales tools), direction, and continuous pricing increased makes it difficult for sales, therefore, lack of sales. Which only means less money for the sales person, as it is a commission based position. Many senior staff have left the company which has also caused on-site event execution.
