No opportunity to grow. Very much a dictatorship style of leadership. Bully mentality. Very much like a convey-belt way of ;pumping out work. Management, only tell you when you have done something wrong and never commend you when you have done something right. A lot of discrimination and sexism particularly to females. They place people in areas in the office based on favoritism. If you are favored then you are one of the luck ones, otherwise you are placed in the dark spot in the office, where no one wants to sit. They draw you into the company based on their image and accolades but very different story when you are in and on the other side of the fence.
