Really poor mid to high level management. Medium to low wages with few benefits. It's a 150 staff company without an HR nor IT department! There is also not a cultural environment nor a endeavor to create one. If you are a junior you're gonna learn a couple of things but eventually ( 2 -3 years after) you are gonna have to find something else due to extreme work overload, non existent protection from clients by management and stagnation regarding skill development.

- Bad ethics and values: The company prioritizes task completion over the well-being and concerns of employees. - Be ready to work long hours and sometimes even weekends. Bad management often leads to bad planning. Since they mostly care about their projects they'll make you work a lot more than you have agreed to. - Being an agency company, they rely on external companies for projects, requiring constant communication and responsibility for business details. In case of any issues, there is little to no support from the company, leaving individuals to deal with problems alone. - Inadequate compensation, lack of benefits, and absence of a health plan. - Emphasis on a startup mindset. The company predominantly hires junior developers, lacking a seniority structure. This can result in a subpar tech stack and limited expertise within the team.
