Where do I start? The people, why do I love working here? The people.
I don't know what it is, but I have never seen such a dense collection of none fake, ambitious, hard working, & talented people. You want to work here? You need to know how to keep up, this job is not for the faint of heart, expectations are high and excellence is a requirement.
The company is growing, but it still has this startup feel about it, we are still defining who we are, it's an exciting time to be hired.
The pay is fair, you have a plethora of options for benefits: 401k, healthcare, limited work from home days, the company is very laid back, open to ideas and is heavily investing into the product & of course it's employees.
