      Pros

      Disc is predominantly housing related charity and they seem to be good in this area. They have ventured, at times, into other areas with health & social care contracts and these have been less successful. Good salary and working hours

      Cons

      The need to bring every manager to Durham every month left no management in centres this did cause some issues.
