Pros

Some people were good to work with

Cons

Good ol' boy club. Lots of backroom dealing without telling the employees responsible what is going on. Awful management. Lies, backstabbing, hidden agendas, you name it. Avoid this place at all costs. They say they are a family institution, but family went out the door a long time ago. Can't add much more to this to add to the negativity here.

Pros

If you play your politics right, and get the right managers to like you, you'll lessen your chance of termination no matter what your work performance

Cons

Bad management No pay raises in last four years; except for management, officers, and loved employees Low pay to start High stress, little reward Many coworkers are rude, cruel, ignorant, and very self-centered Worst customer service unless you hold a million + accounts

Pros

Flexible work with exposure to multiple types of skills and responsibilities. The hours are flexible as well. It feels like a family here.

Cons

Not so well arranged at times. Things are a bit out of wack and you have to figure out how you want to Perdue with them.
