      Terrible company being taken down by current board

      Pros

      Some of the old timers - the few that are remaining - are very good people and all look out for each other.

      Cons

      Management - as in the board level - have no idea of what it takes to make this company a success and no actual industry experience. Grab at buzzwords without ideas, inspiration or long term leadership ideas.
